He stressed that the theme of this festival is 'Fun and Cheer in Malaysia • Youth embrace the world' , the objectives is 'To promote Culture and Arts of Various National Ethnic; Culture and Arts to Spread National Habits Style of Various National Ethnic'. World various countries’ youths gather in Malaysia to learn and interact with each other, meanwhile celebrating the friendship and future, soaring toward peace and hope. As a reward, the Team that Won the Gold Award during the coming Malaysia Audition Grand Finale will be representing Malaysia in 2020 to participate any International Culture and Arts Exchange event and Competition that organised by IYCAF International Events Linked Partners ( include China, Russia, Canada, United State, Vietnam, Indonesia, Thailand, Japan, Italy, etc)
他强调该活动盛典主题为 “欢乐舞动大马，青春拥抱世界”，活动宗旨为 “共同弘扬各国民族文化艺术，文化艺术传播各国民族风情”，全球多个国家青少年共聚马来西亚互相学习及交流，并歌唱友谊与未来，放飞和平与希望。同时更值得鼓舞的是，在马来西亚全国甄选圈所脱颖而出的马来西亚金奖单位或学校代表，将会在2020年代表马来西亚参与任何该盛典旗下的国际合作单位 (包括中国、俄罗斯、加拿大、美国、越南、印尼、泰国、日本、意大利等国家) 所邀请的国际青少年文化艺术交流及比赛。
